Agreement

By using this website or booking work with Valencia Tree Felling, you agree to these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information provided and the site conditions at the time of assessment. If conditions change or extra work is requested, the price may be adjusted after discussion with you.

Access and permissions

You confirm you own the property or have permission to have the work done. You are responsible for any approvals needed from your estate, body corporate or local authority, and for permits for protected trees.

Safety and site conditions

Work is subject to safe access and site conditions. We may postpone or stop work if weather or site conditions make it unsafe. Trees in contact with electrical lines and highly unstable trees will be referred to qualified, authorised specialists.

Underground services

Please tell us about irrigation, cables, pipes and septic systems before stump grinding or clearing. We are not liable for damage to services that were not disclosed.

Green waste

Removal of branches, logs and waste is included only where stated in the quotation. Wood chips, mulch and firewood are offered where available.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. Larger jobs may need a deposit before work starts.

Liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property. Our liability is limited to the value of the work quoted, except where the law says otherwise.
